Many trains DO start and end in the outer boroughs. I hate that so many NYers forget that. Even still, the tracks were clear today. MTA are villians, through and through.
SUBWAY DOUCHERY : The Nor’easter
Wowzah! Get out the yard stick! Seems like we had ourselves a blizzard over night! Now I know the MTA certainly has their faults, but WITH THIS MUCH SNOW! You can’t expect to service to be normal the next morning. There’s lots to do! They gotta shovel all this white stuff off the tracks and see if they can dig out the stations in time! I’m not surprised that the trains were delayed and overcrowded this morning.
Why wouldn’t the slightest meteorological event above ground, effect train service under ground?!?! They are the MTA, they aren’t the Postal Service! Either snow or rain or heat or gloom of night stays the train service from the adequate at best completion of their appointed rounds.
